Program ini diselenggarakan atas kerjasama IFGF Jakarta, Yayasan World Harvest, Puskesmas Kutai dan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tangerang.

Cara Mendaftar :
1. Lakukan pendaftaran dengan klik yang tersedia
2. Hanya menerima peserta yang telah mendaftarkan diri melalui link Google Form (bukan Go Show/Walk In)
Sebelum menerima vaksin, pastikan bahwa Anda :
1.Belum melakukan vaksin sebelumnya (BUKAN untuk vaksin booster dan vaksin ke-2)
2.Tidak terinfeksi Covid-19 dalam 3 bulan terakhir dan atau tidak sedang hamil.
3.Membawa surat pernyataan bermeterai dan fc KK (peserta usia 12-18 tahun)
Mohon sebarkan informasi ini ke keluarga dan teman yang sesuai kriteria. Quota terbatas

Through community development programs, we help underprivileged communities by providing free lunches (Feeding Centers) to hundreds of children per day. We also provide Health Programs, community outreach and Home Differences for underprivileged families. In addition, we also provide Disaster Relief Assistance (Disaster Relief), and take part in providing Covid-19 Care assistance to various Health Service locations in the JABODETABEK area, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Papua islands.
